We are UK-based and ship all our products from Birmingham. We use Royal Mail and Evri as our delivery partners, ensuring reliable and efficient service.

Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number and delivery confirmation via email. This allows you to check the progress of your order using the courier’s tracking portal.

We pack and dispatch orders daily, Monday to Friday. Your order will typically arrive within 1 to 3 working days. For personalised items, delivery takes 5 to 7 days.
